Meridian Analytics allows you to see at a glance key metrics of how your organization is using Meridian Cloud. You can compare this information to your subscription limits and estimate future usage.
To view system usage metrics:
- On the Home page, click Vault Usage. The System Usage page shows the following metrics.
- Documents – The total number of documents that reside in all vaults as of the last day of the reporting period. A graph of the change in the number of documents over the reporting period is also shown. If the vaults are hosted in Meridian Cloud, the graphs show the document quantity relative to the limit allowed by your subscription so that you can predict when you might need to increase the number of licenses in your subscription.
- Usage & Licenses – A graph of the number of active users compared to the number of licenses over the reporting period.
- Vaults – A list of the vaults for which data is collected and analyzed by Meridian Analytics. The current number of documents and the change in the number of documents and revisions over the reporting period are shown for each vault.
To view metrics for a different period of time:
- In the Reporting Period group, select a different reporting period from the list or click the date picker icons
to specify a custom date range.
To zoom in to a vault chart:
- Click the chart. It will open at a larger scale in a popup window. To change the reporting period, perform the preceding task.
- Scroll the mouse wheel. The chart timeline will contract to make viewing metrics for individual days easier.
To export the data to CSV format:
- In the upper right corner of the page, click Export.
- Two files download to your browser: VaultStatistics_<StartDate>_<EndDate>.csv and SystemStatistics_<StartDate>_<EndDate>.csv. Save the files to your computer or open them in any program that supports CSV files.
